Bousa Brewing Co. Open in Little River
From art districts and artisan markets, to a bustling film and food scene, our city is growing and we’re happy that we’re in the heart of it. Art Basel and Wynwood might have led the charge, but the rest of Miami has certainly done its part to follow up. Our home in Little River is among the city’s most vibrant growing neighborhoods. With a sea of successful small businesses, art galleries, co-working spaces, and delicious new eateries, it has everything an expanding culture needs.
Among that expansion, on the border of Little River and the historic MiMo District, is Miami’s latest craft brewery: Bousa Brewing Co. We at The Citadel have grown very familiar and fond of Bousa, MADE at The Citadel’s official beer purveyor–keeping our sister co-working space’s tap nice and full with a rotation of spuds. We’re happy to announce that after what seems like far too long, they’re no longer just in distribution–you can now enjoy their locally brewed beers at their brand new brewery and taproom!
With a strong commitment to the local communities it serves, Bousa Brewing is the first craft brewery in the Little River and Little Haiti Districts. Bousa is already selling draft beer in more than fifty bars and restaurants in Miami-Dade and Broward with its flagship beers the Bousa Blonde and Bousa IPA. It’s airy and welcoming taproom has already begun to take shape as one of the neighborhood’s new bright hangs, with something for everyone–whether you’re a beer aficionado or not.
Bousa’s Tap-Room is now officially open, with operating hours of Monday through Thursday 4pm-10pm and Saturdays 4-12am, and a Grand Opening being planned in the next couple of months.
